How do I ensure my ring is the correct size?
Almost all of the rings in our shop are able to be resized or made to order. We prefer to size you in the shop to get the most accurate fit possible. If you plan on gifting a piece that potentially needs to be resized, it's recommended that you gift it first, and send the recipient our way for an in person sizing.

How long does it take to special order a piece?
Many pieces in our shop are made to order. If an item is in stock, it will often be sent directly to us from the artist within a few days to a week. If an item is being made to order, a 3-8 week turnaround time is typical. A longer timeframe can be expected depending on the piece, location of artist, and time of year.

Can I place an order for something custom?
Yes! Many of our artists are able to accommodate special requests. Please reach out with inquiries and we will do our best to facilitate a custom piece.

If I place an order on Sunday will it ship out on Monday?
We are a small team and process online orders as quickly as possible. As we are closed on Mondays, our business days are considered Tuesday through Saturday. Orders placed on Saturdays after 1pm, and all orders on Sundays will be processed on the following Tuesday. 

What if I gift the wrong item?
All jewelry and watches are considered final sale. We want you to love the piece you come home with, so all new, unworn jewelry items purchased in shop are eligible for exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase. Pieces that have been altered or made to order may not be returned or exchanged.

Will you carry my line?
Please email an introduction, line sheet and / or any references of your work to lapis.tacoma@gmail.com. We are always open to introducing new products and adding to the curation of our shop.

Do you offer payment plans?
We offer several options for splitting up payments both in store and online. Feel free to ask if you don't see the payment form that works best for you.

Are all of the items in your shop ready to ship?
Yes, unless an item is listed as "sold out," all items in stock on our website are also in stock in our physical store. If you are interested in having a piece made to order, or would like to order something we have carried in the past but currently don't have in stock, contact us.
