LAPIS Return Policy

Our shop will be closed December 25th through January 7th, reopening Thursday, January 8th. Online shopping is open as usual.
Holiday returns and exchanges will be accepted through January 14th to accommodate.

In-store purchases: 
  • LAPIS does not accept returns for jewelry purchased in the shop.
  • Jewelry* purchased in the shop may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase.
  • All other items* may be returned for store credit or original tender within 30 days of purchase.
  • All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Online purchases:

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your online order, we are happy to refund any part of your purchase* within seven days of the date you received it.
  • All items must be in the condition they were bought in: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all tags attached. 
  • Reach out via our contact form or by email to get your return started. We will send you a return label and a $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

*All gift cards, trunk show items, special orders, sale items, Jamie Joseph jewelry, and fragrances are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

In addition, a receipt or gift receipt must accompany all returns. Discretion will be used to determine whether the item was worn or not. If deemed it is not in new condition when returned, the item will be returned to customer. All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
