LAPIS Return Policy
- LAPIS does not accept jewelry returns for items purchased in-shop.
- We do allow jewelry purchased in-shop to be exchanged within 10 days of purchase.
- If you are not entirely satisfied with your online order, we are happy to refund any part of your purchase within seven days of the date you received it.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. All items must be in the condition they were bought in: unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
In addition, a receipt or gift receipt must accompany all returns. Discretion will be used to determine whether the item was worn or not. If deemed it is not in new condition when returned, the item will be returned to customer.
