Shipping policy

Lapis currently offers USPS and FedEx insured shipping within the US only. International shipping is not available for any other country at this time.

Lapis processes orders within 48 hours. Orders are shipped during business hours, Tuesday through Saturday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 1 pm PST will be processed the following business day. Special events and holidays may result in longer processing times. You will receive an email notification with tracking information when your order has been shipped. If you would like your order to arrive by a specific date or would like complimentary gift wrap, please specify in order notes or contact Lapis directly. Lapis is not held responsible for lost or damaged orders after delivery.

USPS Insured Priority Shipping Without Signature: $15, or free for orders over $500
3-5 business days

USPS Insured Priority Shipping With Signature Required: $15, or free for orders over $500

FedEx Insured Express Shipping: $45, or free for orders over $2500 
2-3 business days
Signature required, ships Tuesday through Saturday

FedEx Insured Priority Overnight Shipping: $75, or free for orders over $5000
1-2 business days
Signature required, ships Tuesday through Saturday

Overnight orders must be placed by 1 pm PST to be shipped the same business day.
