Bracelets
The 6.7" size (standard size), with a fastening ring at 6.3", is the most common: it is made to fit a thin to normal wrist (S, M, and L).
The 7.5" size, with a fastening ring at 7.1", is made to fit a larger wrist.
It is advised to wear your bracelet as fitted as possible.
Necklaces
16.5" with a 15.7" fastening ring (standard size)
19.7" with a 18.9" fastening ring
23.6" with a 23" fastening ring
