This Emily Amey amethyst ring blends rich color with sculptural design. A 3.3ct oval amethyst is set east-west in a 14k yellow gold bezel, accented with round salt-and-pepper diamonds and delicate gold dot details. Emily’s signature wavy sterling silver band adds organic texture and movement, creating a hand-crafted silhouette that feels modern and boldly artistic.

Amethyst, the February birthstone, is celebrated for calm, clarity, and spiritual insight, while the salt-and-pepper diamonds add unique sparkle and individuality. This gold and silver amethyst ring works beautifully as a standout statement or layered with other rings for a curated stack.

About the Designer

Emily Amey

Emily Amey is a New York–based jeweler with a fiercely independent spirit. Raised in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains and studying metalsmithing at FIT in New York, she found her calling in jewelry design. A passionate traveler, collector, gardener, and interior designer, Emily’s many loves naturally weave into her work. Drawn to rich, bold color, she travels the world in search of gemstones that tell a story. Emily’s pieces embody an organic, handmade spirit. She works intuitively, sculpting wax into fluid, one-of-a-kind forms that let each one of a kind gemstone shine. Committed to sustainability, she uses recycled precious metals and ethically sourced stones whenever possible. Every stage of production, from design to finished piece, is completed domestically, with much of the work handcrafted in her Hudson Valley studio.
